Bhuruka Gases shareholders to approve Scheme of Amalgamation

Bhuruka Gases Ltd has announced that pursuant to the order made by the High Court of Karnataka at Bangalore, a meeting of the shareholders of the Company will be held on March 10, 2007, for the purpose of considering and if thought fit, approving, with or without modification, the Scheme of Amalgamation of Calibration Gas India Ltd with the Company.
