Jai Corp Board to consider stock split

Jai Corp Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 31, 2007, inter alia, for consideration of un-audited financial results for the quarter ended on June 30, 2007.

Further the Company has informed that, at the aforesaid Board Meeting, it is proposed to take up and additional item for consideration of the Board, pertaining to sub-division of the Company's equity shares of the present face value of Rs 10/- each, into shares of such smaller amount as may be decided by the Board at the said meeting.

The stock closed the day at Rs.3262.95, up by Rs.155.35 or 5%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.3262.95 and low of Rs.3148. The total traded quantity was 5402 compared to 2 week average of 16564.
