Euro Ceramics Ltd Quarterly net down to Rs.7.36 Crores

Euro Ceramics Ltd has announced the UnAudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2007.

The Company has posted a profit after taxes of Rs.73.63 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2007 where as the same was at Rs.102.49 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2007. Total Income is Rs.529.57 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2007 where as the same was at Rs.562.64 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2007.

The company reported an Earnings Per Share (EPS) of Rs.4.31 for Quarter ended June 30, 2007 compared to Rs.5.99 reported during Quarter ended March 31, 2007.

Other Income for the Quarter Ended June 30, 2007 includes interest on fixed deposits kept out of IPO Proceeds and Rent Income.

The Company has commenced production of Calcarious Tiles from June 25, 2007.
