Sadhana Nitro Board recommends Rs.1.50 dividend

Sadhana Nitro Chem Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 25, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of Rs 1.50 (P.Y. Rs 2/-) per equity share of Rs 10 each for the year ended March 31, 2007.
