Precision Wires India declares 2nd interim dividend of Rs. 0.45

The Board of Directors of Precision Wires India Limited at their meeting held on Monday, 07th February, 2022 considered, discussed and approved the Second Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2021-22 at 45% i.e. Rs. 0.45 Paisa per equity share of the face value of Rs. 1/- each.
