Shri Rajesh Pratap Singh Sisodia assumed charge as Director (Planning & Projects) of NLC India Limited. today, 02.12.2025, at Neyveli where he was warmly welcomed to the NLCIL family by CMD and Functional Directors.
A seasoned professional with more than three decades of rich experience across various core engineering sectors, Shri Rajesh Pratap Singh Sisodia has led various technical divisions before serving as Executive Director at Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited. Now, he takes over as Director (Planning & Projects) in NLC India Limited.
Shri Sisodia holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Regional Engineering College, Kurukshetra. He started his career in BHEL 1n 1990 as Engineer Trainee. He possesses more than 35 years of experience working in BHEL at manufacturing units, construction sites, project management and business divisions of Power and Industry Sectors.
He brings on-board his vast experience in varied core areas of design and engineering, site construction, project management of large EPC projects, Marketing and contract management functions coupled with expertise in emerging New and Renewable Energy and Coal gasification division. He has also worked at BHEL's International Project site for erection and commissioning of large gas turbines. During his tenure in BHEL, he was instrumental in introducing State of art technology in gas turbine, supercritical boiler and turbine sets and Power plant equipment(s) mitigating impact on Environment, Air Cooled Condenser with supercritical sets and Flue gas desulphurisation.
He was also a nominee Director in BHEL's Joint Venture with Karnataka Power Corporation Ltd. and NTPC Ltd.
