3. Renovation of Guest house at NFSU Delhi Campus - National Forensic Science University - Rs. 6.95 crore
4. Construction of New Building of ICSI Kanpur Chapter's Premises atShatabdi Nagar, Kanpur (UP) - The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) - Rs. 4.42 crore
5. Construction of New Building of ICSI Lucknow Chapter's Premises at Viraj Khand-3, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow (UP) - The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) - Rs. 7.14 crore
