Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Ltd enters into agreement with Pernod Ricard India Pvt Ltd

Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Limited (Zaggle), has entered into an Agreement dated September 04, 2025 (Agreement) with Pernod Ricard India Private Limited (Pernod).

In continuation to the above, the scope of the Agreement dated September 04, 2025, has been enhanced, and additional safeguards have been incorporated to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and operational requirements.

Shares of Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 385.40 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 392.80. The total number of shares traded during the day was 36210 in over 1373 trades.
