Bharat Rasayan Ltd fixes Dec 12, 2025 as record date for 2:1 Stock Split, 1:1 Bonus

Bharat Rasayan Ltd has fixed Friday, December 12, 2025, as the "Record Date" for the following purposes:

Stock Split / Subdivision of Shares - Sub-division of the face value of each Equity Share of the Company from ₹10/- (Rupees Ten only) each to ₹5/- (Rupees Five only) each. Accordingly, every 1 (one) existing Equity Share of face value of ₹10/- each fully paid-up is sub-divided into 2 (two) Equity Shares of face value of ₹5/- each fully paid-up.

Bonus Issue - Bonus Issue of up to 83,10,536 Equity Shares of face value of ₹ 5/- (Rupees Five only) each in the ratio of 1:1 i.e., 1 Bonus Equity Share of face value of ₹ 5/- each for every 1 existing fully paidup equity share of ₹ 5/- each of the Company.

Shares of Bharat Rasayan Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 10425.80 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 10431.20. The total number of shares traded during the day was 106 in over 54 trades.
