Desco Infratech Ltd has received a Letter of Intent (LOI) from Avantika Gas Limited (AGL) amounting to Rs. 9,92,63,493.74/- (Rupees Nine Crore Ninety-Two Lakh Sixty-Three Thousand Four Hundred Ninety-Three and Seventy-Four Paise Only) in reference to the L1 bid earlier received on 09.09.2025. Further, the company has also received LOA from Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited amounting to Rs. 1,44,55,660.80/- (One Crore Forty-Four Lacs Fifty-Five Thousand Six Hundred Sixty & Eighty Paisa Only).

Shares of Desco Infratech Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 211.70 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 218.00. The total number of shares traded during the day was 16500 in over 31 trades.
