Adani Enterprises Ltd dilutes stake in Astraan Defence Ltd to JV partner

Astraan Defence Limited ("ADL"), a step down wholly-owned subsidiary of Adani Enterprises Limited has allotted 10,09,40,000 equity shares (representing 49% of ADL's share capital) to MSM Group S. R. O ("JV Partner") at ADL's board meeting held on December 2, 2025, consequent to which, the shareholding of Agneya Systems Limited (the immediate holding company of ADL and step down wholly owned subsidiary of the Company) in ADL has diluted from 100% to 51%.

Shares of Adani Enterprises Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 2239.50 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2262.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 71781 in over 4652 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 2267.50 and intraday low of 2227.85. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 161223832.00.
