JD Cables Ltd granted Electrical Contractor License by Government of West Bengal

The Department of Power, Government of West Bengal, has granted an Electrical Contractor License to JD Cables Ltd.

The license enables the Company to undertake and bid for government and private sector EPC contracts involving electrical works, substation installations, distribution infrastructure, and related turnkey project activities, thereby expanding its service portfolio beyond manufacturing and supply of cables.

The Company believes that this development will have a positive impact on its business expansion and future growth prospects.

Shares of JD Cables Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 197.50 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 204.50. The total number of shares traded during the day was 373600 in over 103 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 204.50 and intraday low of 196.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 73877280.00.
