Mr. Surendra Naidu resigns as Director of Secunderabad Healthcare Ltd

Mr. Surendra Naidu, Director of Secunderabad Healthcare Ltd has resigned from the Board of the Company with effect from March 28, 2016.

The Board has also accepted the Resignation of Mr. Surendra Naidu, Director of the Company with effect from March 28, 2016.

Further, Mr. Sanjay Busa Malla has been appointed as additional Director on the Board with effect from April 20, 2016.
