Unichem Laboratories to treat interim dividend of 100% as final dividend

Unichem Laboratories Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 17, 2007, inter alia, has decided to consider Interim Dividend of Rs 5/- per share of Rs 5/- each (100%) declared and paid in March 2007 as final.
