Marsons Board to consider consolidation of shares

Marsons Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 17, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following items:

1. To consider issue of share on Preferential Basis to the Promoters.

2. To consider change in face value of the Equity Shares of the Company from Rs 2/- to Rs 10/-.

3. To fix the date and venue for next Annual General Meeting of the Company and approve the notice of the said meeting.
4. To fix the book closure date.
