JK Lakshmi Board recommends 10% dividend

JK Lakshmi Cement Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 16, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a Equity Dividend of 10% i.e. Re 1 per Equity Share of Rs 10 each on fully paid Equity Shares of the Company, with approvals as may be required.
