Bank of Rajasthan calls for EGM to approve bonus issue

Bank of Rajasthan Ltd has announced that an Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the members of the Bank will be held on June 11, 2007, for obtaining approval of the shareholders to issue one Bonus equity share for every four equity shares of the Bank.

The stock closed the day at Rs.52.90, up by Rs.0.30 or 0.57%. The total traded quantity was 613711 compared to 2 week average of 1544367. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.54.25 and low of Rs.52.25.
