Sujana Metal fixes Record Date for demerger

Sujana Metal Products Ltd has announced that June 05, 2007 has been fixed as the Record Date for the purpose of Scheme of Arrangement.

The stock was trading at Rs.148.90, down by Rs.3.05 or 2.01%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.154.80 and low of Rs.147.20. The total traded quantity was 88920 compared to 2 week average of 113103.
