NG Industries Board to recommend dividend

NG Industries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 29, 2007, to consider and approve Audited Accounts of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2007.

Further the Company has informed that, the Board will also consider recommendation of dividend, if any.
