JB Chemicals Board recommends 75% final dividend

JB Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 16, 2007, inter alia, has recommended Final Dividend @ Rs 1.50 (75%) per Equity Share, on equity shares of Rs 2/- each, for the financial year ended 2006-07.

The Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from July 16, 2007 to July 27, 2007 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of final dividend.

The stock was trading at Rs.79.20, down by Rs.2.75 or 3.36%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.82 and low of Rs.78.20. The total traded quantity was 39201 compared to 2 week average of 45432.
