K.P.R. Mill announces closure of Trading Window for Q3 results

In connection with the consideration of Financial Results for the Quarter ended and in pursuance of the Code of Conduct adopted under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 1992, the period from January 26, 2015 to February 07, 2015 (Both days inclusive) is to be treated as 'Trading Window Closure Period' for all Directors and Designated Officers of K.P.R. Mill Ltd to deal in the Shares of the Company.
