Medi Caps Board to recommend dividend

Medi Caps Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 30, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following business:

1. To consider and take on record the Unaudited (Provisional) Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended June 30, 2007.

2. To consider the matter relating to recommendation of dividend on equity shares for the year 2006-07.
