Mumbai High Court approves Amalgamation of Accentia Technologies

Accentia Technologies Ltd has announced that the Mumbai High Court has approved the Amalgamation of its 51% subsidiaries namely M/s. Geosoft Technologies (Trivandrum) Ltd and M/s. Iridium Technologies (India) Pvt Ltd with the Company. The approval from Kerala High Court for the same is awaited.

The stock was trading at Rs.151.15, up by Rs.0.35 or 0.23%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.158.30 and low of Rs.145.70. The total traded quantity was 132755 compared to 2 week average of 68026.
