Tulip IT Board recommends 20% final dividend

Tulip IT Services Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 13, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a final dividend of 20% i.e. Rs 2/- per share, on the total paid-up capital of the Company, subject to the approval of members.
