Novopan Industries Board to consider dividend

Novopan Industries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 27, 2007, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2007, subject to the Limited Review by the Auditors and also to consider the Audited Financial Results & to recommend dividend, if any for the year ended March 31, 2007.
