Godrej Consumer to announce Q1 results on Jul 31, 2007

Godrej Consumer Products Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 31, 2007, inter alia, for the following items:

1. To take on record the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2007 (Q1).

2. To consider declaration of interim dividend for the financial year 2007-08.

Further the Company has informed that, August 08, 2007 has been fixed as the record date for the purpose of interim dividend, if declared.

The said interim dividend, if declared, will be paid before August 30, 2007.

3. To consider raising additional long term resources for the Company's present and future needs, subject to such approvals, as may be required.
