GE Capital Transportation Financial Services Ltd has announced that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from August 27, 2007 to September 07, 2007 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 21st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 07, 2007.
