PVR clarifies on news regarding overseas project

With reference to the news item appearing in a leading financial daily titled "PVR plans cinema halls overseas", PVR Ltd has clarified that, in this connection the Company has inquired internally from the Company' Mr. Ashish Shukla, Chief Executive - Exhibition who was interviewed by the journalist. Mr. Shukla has stated that he has not spoken anything on the overseas projects of the Company. The Company may however further confirm that it has not plans to set up multiplex projects overseas.
