In accordance with Retirement Policy for Non-Executive Independent Directors of Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Ltd, Mr. D. T. Joseph has attained the retirement criteria. Accordingly, he has resigned as an Independent Director of the Company w.e.f. October 01, 2015.
