JK Tyre & Industries Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 1.50

The Board of Directors of JK Tyre & Industries Ltd. at their meeting held on Friday, May 20, 2022, have recommended a dividend of Rs. 1.50 per Equity share of Rs. 2 each (75%) for the financial year ended 31st March, 2022.

The said Dividend, if declared by the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM), is planned to be credited / dispatched within two weeks of the said Meeting.
