ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 7

The Board of directors of ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Limited have recommended a final dividend of Rs. 7.0/- per equity share i.e. at the rate of 70% of face value of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, subject to approval of the Members of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting ("AGM").

The dividend on equity shares, will be paid to the eligible Members after the same is approved by the Members of the Company at the ensuing AGM.

Shares of ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1859.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1784.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 27005 in over 2841 trades.
