Shraddha Prime Projects Ltd, one of Mumbai's prominent real estate developers, is pleased to announce that it has received the Commencement Certificate (CC) for its upcoming redevelopment project, "Shraddha Paradise Enclave", located at Swapna Nagari, Nirmal Nagar-Agrawal Road, Village Mulund (West) Taluka-Kurla, in 'T' ward BMC, Mumbai 400080.
The project comprises the redevelopment of Himgiri CHS with a total RERA carpet area (residential) of approximately 1,30,000 sq. ft. and RERA carpet area (commercial) of approximately 20,000 sq. ft The project is expected to generate estimated revenues of ₹ 450 crore over the next three years.
