Lok Housing to raise funds

Lok Housing & Constructions Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 18, 2007, to raise the funds from Domestic and International Market through issue of ADR / GDR / FCCBs and Q.I.P not exceeding US $ 200 Millions (Equivalent to Rs 820 Crores approximately).

The stock closed the day at Rs.177, down by Rs.4.55 or 2.51%. The total traded quantity was 86991 compared to 2 week average of 212298. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.184 and low of Rs.176.35.
