Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd allots 52428 Equity Shares

On March 18, 2016, Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd, has issued and allotted 52,428 (Fifty Two Thousand Four Hundred and Twenty Eight only) Equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each, being issued to the eligible employees, upon exercise of options vested in their favour under different ESOP Schemes of the Company.

Consequent to the said allotment, the paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 84,25,83,924/- divided into 42,12,91,962 Equity Shares of face value Rs. 2/- each.
