Shriram Transport Finance Company Ltd allots NCDs aggregating Rs. 250 crores

The Banking and Finance Committee of Shriram Transport Finance Company Ltd in its meeting held March 21, 2016, approved and allotted 2500 Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures(NCDs) of face value of Rs. 10,00,000/- (Rs. Ten Lakh only) each, aggregating to Rs. 250 crore on private placement basis.
