Schneider Electric Infrastructure Ltd approves allotment 125000000 CRPS

The Board of Directors of Schneider Electric Infrastructure Ltd at its meeting held on March 21, 2016, have approved the allotment of 125,000,000 8% Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares to Schneider Electric IT Business India Private Limited on Preferential Basis.
