Piramal Enterprises Ltd approves issue of NCDs

At the Meeting of the Committee of Directors (Funding) of Piramal Enterprises Ltd held on March 18, 2016, the Committee approved the issue of unsecured non-convertible debentures (NCDs) aggregating upto Rs. 100 crores on a private placement basis.

The meeting commenced at 5:00 p.m. and concluded at 5:30 p.m.
