A meeting of the Board of Directors of Radius Sumer Developers Private Ltd will be held on March 23, 2016, to allot 50 nos. of Rated, Listed, Taxable, Secured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures of the nominal value of INR 1,00,00,000 each to Altico Capital India Private Limited.

The Board will authorise Mr. Sanjay Chhabria & Mr. Rahul Shah, Directors to comply with Corporate Action Formalities.
