Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd to issue Secured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures on a Private Placement basis

Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd proposes to issue 5100 Secured Non-Convertible Redeemable Debentures with a face value of Rs. 10 lakh each aggregating to Rs. 510 Crores, on Private Placement basis, pursuant to special resolution passed by the shareholders of the Company at the 10th Annual General Meeting held on September 07, 2015.
