Ashiana Housing Ltd to convert units of 'Ashiana Oma' Project at Jaipur, Rajasthan

Ashiana Housing Ltd have converted 224 units into booking (comprising of 4.80 Lakhs sq. ft. area approx. with sale value of INR 372.45 crores) of the project "Ashiana Oma". The process of conversion of Expression of Interest (EOI) into booking started on 18th July 2026 and is currently ongoing.

"Ashiana Oma" is a Premium Homes project at Jaisinghpura Jaipur (Rajasthan) wherein we have launched 280 units comprising of 3 BHK and 4 BHK units.

Shares of Ashiana Housing Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 373.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 375.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 5189 in over 208 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 374.35 and intraday low of 368.70. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1923816.00.
