Backed by robust expansion in its core broking and financing activities, the financial services firm posted a 14.50% year-on-year (YoY) increase in consolidated net profit (including share of loss of associates) to ₹376.36 lakh (₹3.76 crore).

Revenue from Operations: Grew 10.01% YoY to ₹2,896.58 lakh (₹28.97 crore) compared to ₹2,633.05 lakh in Q1 FY26. Sequentially, operational revenue rose 6.10% QoQ over ₹2,730.18 lakh in Q4 FY26.
Total Income: Advanced 7.98% YoY to ₹2,899.26 lakh (₹28.99 crore) against ₹2,684.98 lakh in Q1 FY26.
Profit Before Tax (PBT): Expanded 14.61% YoY to ₹533.17 lakh (₹5.33 crore) compared to ₹465.19 lakh in Q1 FY26. Sequentially, PBT grew 29.10% QoQ from ₹413.00 lakh in Q4 FY26.
Net Profit After Tax (PAT): Rose 17.89% YoY (before associate share) to ₹387.49 lakh. Accounting for a share of loss from associates worth ₹(11.13) lakh, net profit attributable to owners stood at ₹376.36 lakh (up 14.50% YoY from ₹328.69 lakh in Q1 FY26 and up 30.40% QoQ from ₹288.61 lakh in Q4 FY26).
Total Comprehensive Income: Registered at ₹355.94 lakh for Q1 FY27, compared to ₹390.76 lakh in Q1 FY26 (reflecting OCI adjustments of ₹(20.42) lakh net of tax).
Earnings Per Share (EPS): Basic EPS (face value ₹2 per share, un-annualised) rose to ₹1.87 (diluted EPS of ₹1.86) from ₹1.82 in Q1 FY26 and ₹1.44 in Q4 FY26.
