Authum Investment & Infrastructure Limited has reported its unaudited consolidated financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026 (Q1 FY27). Driven by a marked increase in operational revenue, the non-banking financial company (NBFC) posted a 17.52% year-on-year (YoY) growth in net profit to ₹1,108.22 crore.
Key Consolidated Financial Highlights (Q1 FY27 vs Q1 FY26)
Revenue from Operations: Grew 20.94% YoY to ₹1,469.54 crore compared to ₹1,215.13 crore in Q1 FY26. Sequentially, operational revenue surged 372.96% QoQ over ₹310.71 crore recorded in Q4 FY26.
Total Income: Advanced 21.35% YoY to ₹1,485.64 crore against ₹1,224.28 crore in Q1 FY26 (up 333.07% QoQ from ₹343.05 crore in Q4 FY26), supported by other income of ₹16.10 crore.
Profit Before Tax (PBT): Expanded 9.05% YoY to ₹1,246.98 crore (after incorporating a share of loss from associates of -₹2.00 crore) compared to ₹1,143.54 crore in Q1 FY26. On a sequential basis, PBT jumped significantly from ₹153.87 crore in Q4 FY26.
Net Profit After Tax (PAT): Reached ₹1,108.22 crore, registering a 17.52% YoY increase from ₹943.01 crore in Q1 FY26. Sequentially, net profit rose sharply from ₹57.54 crore in Q4 FY26.
Other Comprehensive Income (OCI): Totaled ₹1,483.07 crore for the quarter, largely driven by gains on fair value of equity instruments amounting to ₹1,748.27 crore, offset by deferred tax provisions of -₹265.10 crore.
Total Comprehensive Income: Surged 30.70% YoY to ₹2,591.29 crore compared to ₹1,982.64 crore in Q1 FY26.
Earnings Per Share (EPS): Basic and diluted EPS (face value of ₹1 per share, un-annualised) stood at ₹13.05, up from ₹0.77 in Q4 FY26 (noting an adjusted share capital base compared to ₹55.52 basic EPS in Q1 FY26).

Total expenses for Q1 FY27 stood at ₹236.66 crore, compared to ₹80.75 crore in Q1 FY26 and ₹186.80 crore in Q4 FY26:

Tax Outflow: Total tax expenses for Q1 FY27 came in at ₹138.76 crore (comprising current tax of ₹7.38 crore and deferred tax of ₹131.38 crore), compared to ₹200.53 crore in Q1 FY26.
Holding Company Owners' Share:Profit for the period attributable to owners of the company stood at ₹1,110.52 crore, while non-controlling interest stood at -₹2.29 crore. Total comprehensive income attributable to owners of the company reached ₹2,593.58 crore.
Paid-Up Share Capital: Paid-up equity share capital (face value ₹1 per share) stood at ₹84.92 crore as of June 30, 2026, compared to ₹16.98 crore in Q1 FY26.
