A routine current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) inspection was conducted by the United States Food and Drug Administration (USFDA) at Wanbury Limited's facility at Tanuku, West Godavari District, Andra Pradesh during the period from July 13, 2026 to July 17, 2026.

At the conclusion of the inspection, the U.S.FDA has issued a Form 483 with six observations. The Company will respond to these observations to FDA within the stipulated time.
