GMR Nagpur International Airport Ltd takes over operations at Nagpur Airport

GMR Nagpur International Airport Limited (GNIAL), a wholly-owned subsidiary of GMR Airports Limited, has taken over the operations of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar International Airport w.e.f. June 25, 2026.

Agreements related to the handover of the Airport assets and operations have been executed today between GNIAL and MIHAN India Limited in the august presence of the esteemed dignitaries from the Government of India and State of Maharashtra.

This is in line with the Concession agreement entered into with MIHAN India Limited for upgrading, developing and operating the Nagpur's Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar International Airport.

Shares of GMR Airports Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 108.50 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 107.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 557384 in over 2887 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 109.85 and intraday low of 108.20. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 60893667.00.
