Plaza Wires Limited has entered into a Loan Agreement dated June 25,2026 with Punjab National Bank. The Company received the signed copy of the loan agreement today on June 25, 2026 and accordingly, this intimation is being given on June 25, 2026.

The Amount of Loan is Rs.4,81,95,000/- (Four Crore Eighty One Lakhs Ninetv Five Thousand Only)
