Industry Veteran Anil Kumar Matai joins the Board of Jagsonpal Pharmaceuticals as an Independent Director

Jagsonpal Pharmaceuticals Ltd. today announced the appointment of Mr. Anil Kumar Matai as an Independent Director on the Board of the Company, effective June 25, 2026, subject to approval of the shareholders.

Mr. Matai brings with him more than three decades of distinguished leadership experience across the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. Throughout his illustrious career, he has held senior leadership positions and has played a pivotal role in driving strategic growth, business transformation and operational excellence.
