Shilpa Biologicals Pvt Ltd enters into settlement agreement with Sartorius Stedim India Pvt Ltd

Shilpa Biologicals Pvt. Ltd, a material Subsidiary of Shilpa Medicare Limited and M/s Sartorius Stedim India Pvt. Ltd. have entered into a settlement agreement before the Hon'ble XI Addl. City Civil and Sessions Court, Commercial Court, Bengaluru in Commercial O.S. No. 153/2024 and this agreement was executed on 23rd June 2026 for payment of Rs.9,00,00,000. This settlement amount is paid by Shilpa Biologicals Pvt. Ltd to Sartorius Stedim India Pvt. Ltd.

Sartorius has alleged claim of Rs. 20,13,47,308 and applicable rate of interest. Both the Parties amicably negotiated and signed the settlement agreement for the settlement amount Rs.9,00,00,000.

The impact on the company will be limited to the Settlement amount.
