JK Digital & Advance Systems Pvt Ltd enters into MoU with CSIR-CSIO, Chandigarh

JK Digital & Advance Systems Private Limited ("JK Digital"), a wholly owned subsidiary of Jaykay Enterprises Limited, has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding ("MoU") on May 23, 2025, with Council of Scientific & Industrial Research, through its constituent laboratory, Central Scientific Instruments Organisation, Chandigarh ("CSIRCSIO"), to collaborate on the research and development of metal implants by using additive manufacturing technology.

The purpose of entering into MoU is to promote and aid joint development of metal implants by using additive manufacturing technology, development of parameters for metal additive manufacturing machines to achieve enhanced productivity and improved mechanical properties, etc.

Shares of JAYKAY ENTERPRISES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 169.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 169.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 193471 in over 1364 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 176.00 and intraday low of 167.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 33105568.00.
