Syschem India Ltd receives legal notice

Syschem India Ltd has received Legal Notice on behalf of Mr. Atul Chaubey and Mr. Rama Atul Chaubeyto make payment of Rs 40.40,000/- under section 140 of India Contract Act, 1872, as they have provided personnel guarantee on behalf of the Company to Punjab National Bank against the Loan sanctioned by the Bank during the year 2011-12 and 2012-13.
