India Grid Trust declares distribution of INR 3.45

The Board of Directors ("Board") of IndiGrid Investment Managers Limited ("IIML") acting in the capacity of Investment Manager to India Grid Trust ("IndiGrid") was held today i.e. July 28, 2023, wherein the Board considered, and approved, declaration of Q1 FY 24 distribution of INR 3.45 per unit comprising INR 3.1759 per unit in the form of Interest, INR 0.0611 per unit in the form of Dividend, INR 0.2010 per unit in the form of Principal payment and INR 0.0120 in the form of Other Income.

The record date for this distribution will be August 3, 2023, and payment will be made on or before August 12, 2023.

Shares of India Grid Trust was last trading in BSE at Rs. 138.20 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 137.60. The total number of shares traded during the day was 36087 in over 1576 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 138.20 and intraday low of 137.50. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 4970869.00.
